Refund Policy
We will automatically refund you in full if you cancel before the vehicle is collected.
You can cancel your service at any time, and your refund will be prorated based on the cancellation date.

If you think you are entitled to a refund but have not yet received it, contact us by filling out a refund request form. We will review any refund and aim to respond within two business days.
If you have not received a refund, please note that it may take up to 10 business days for it to appear on your card statement.
